Order Processing Time Because we do not pre-fill our vials, every single order is custom hand-decanted using sterile equipment immediately after your purchase to guarantee absolute freshness. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship all orders securely via Canada Post. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and your location.

  • We proudly offer Free Standard Tracked Shipping on all orders over $100 CAD.

  • Please note that the delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by Canada Post and begin after the 1-3 day processing period.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Canada Post tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in their system.
