Refund and Return Policy

At Spray and Pray Decants, we are committed to providing you with 100% authentic, premium fragrances. Because of the highly sensitive nature of perfume and strict health and hygiene regulations, our return policy is firmly set to protect the integrity of our inventory and the safety of our customers.

All Sales Are Final We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any decants or fragrance samples.

Once a fragrance has been decanted and leaves our sterile environment, we can no longer guarantee that the liquid inside has not been compromised, diluted, or tampered with. To ensure every customer receives pure, unadulterated juice directly from the original bottle, we absolutely cannot accept returns under any circumstances.

Buyer's Remorse / "I Don't Like the Scent" The primary purpose of purchasing a decant is to test a fragrance on your skin before committing to an expensive full bottle. Because fragrance is highly subjective and reacts differently to individual skin chemistry, we do not offer refunds if you simply do not like the scent, or if it does not perform as expected on your skin.

Damaged, Broken, or Leaking Items We take immense pride in our packaging. Every vial is sealed with heavy-duty Teflon tape to prevent leaks and securely packaged to withstand transit. However, we understand that mail carriers can occasionally be rough.

If your order arrives broken, significantly leaked, or damaged, we will gladly send a replacement. To qualify for a replacement, you must:

  1. Contact us at sprayandprayscents@gmail.com within 48 hours of your package being marked as "Delivered."

  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line.

  3. Provide clear, well-lit photos of the damaged vial(s) AND the original shipping packaging.

Note: Minor moisture on the outside of the vial or inside the bubble wrap due to extreme temperature/pressure changes during flight transit is normal and does not qualify for a replacement unless a significant portion of the liquid is missing.

Order Cancellations Because every single order is custom-poured and hand-decanted immediately after your purchase is confirmed, we can only accept order cancellations if the request is made before your order has been processed and fulfilled. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package has been handed over to Canada Post and tracking shows it is in transit, Spray and Pray Decants is no longer liable for the package. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
