Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Absolutely. We have a zero-tolerance policy for fakes, clones, or dilutions. Every single decant we sell is extracted directly from the original, authentic retail or niche bottle. We use sterile, medical-grade syringes to pull the juice directly from the source, ensuring the fragrance is never exposed to air or contaminated. What you smell is exactly what the perfumer intended.
How many sprays will I get out of my decant?
We use premium glass atomizers that provide a fantastic, even distribution. Here is what you can roughly expect based on our bottle sizes:
- 1ML Sample: 12 to 15 sprays (Perfect for 1-2 wear tests)
- 2ML Discovery: 25 to 30 sprays (A full weekend rotation)
- 5ML Flagship: 70 to 75 sprays (A heavy rotation for 2-3 weeks)
- 10ML Premium: 140 to 150 sprays (Easily lasts a month or more of daily wear)
How long will it take to get my order?
Because we don't pre-fill our vials to sit on a shelf, every single order is custom hand-decanted at the time of purchase to guarantee maximum freshness.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the highly sensitive nature of perfumes and strict hygiene regulations, all sales are final. Because we cannot guarantee that a returned liquid hasn't been tampered with or compromised, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply do not like the scent. That is exactly why we sell decants—so you can test the DNA on your skin before committing to a $300 full bottle!
What happens if my package arrives broken or leaking?
We take our packaging incredibly seriously. Every glass vial is sealed with heavy-duty Teflon (plumber's) tape around the threads to prevent liquid from escaping during altitude and pressure changes. However, if Canada Post gets too rough and your order arrives broken or heavily leaked, simply email us a photo of the damaged package and vials within 48 hours of delivery, and we will immediately send a replacement or give store credit.
Why shouldn't I just buy the full bottle?
Because the fragrance industry thrives on $300 blind-buy regrets. A scent that smells incredible on a paper test strip might completely clash with your natural skin chemistry. By buying decants, you get to live with the fragrance, test its performance, and see how many compliments you actually pull before you drop serious money on a full presentation.
